Qualis is a property management company, developer and council services provider working across the Epping Forest District to build new homes and commercial buildings, as well as delivering high-quality housing and grounds services on behalf of Epping Forest District Council.
Qualis has been working with The Ink Group since 2021. Initially, Ink was tasked with reviewing the fledgling employee benefits package to ensure that Qualis could attract and retain the best talent. More recently, Ink has worked with the team at Qualis to refine and tailor the benefits to their expanding workforce, with a particular focus on the health and wellbeing of staff.
Alongside the new and improved benefits package, Ink has designed and produced a branded Benefits Booklet, which Qualis is now using to help promote its comprehensive range of benefits to its team. In addition to the Benefits Booklet, Ink delivers regular webinars designed to give staff more information about a range of topics, the most recent being an update on the workplace pension.
