McGill and Partners is a boutique specialist insurance broker focused on clients with complex and / or challenging needs. They work with some of the biggest firms in the world, and this means recruiting and retaining some of the best and brightest minds in the insurance broking industry.
The Ink Group’s involvement with McGill and Partners started in 2019. The brief was to put in place a best-in-class range of employee benefits that would instantly provide comprehensive coverage for the founders, but that could also grow and develop with the rapid build out of the business over a 5-year plan. In short, put in place a benefits package designed for a 500-employee business that only had 8 employees.
We agreed a benefits structure with the HR team, took that to a carefully selected range of providers and positioned the future growth of the business, the credentials of the people involved and the clear likelihood of success. We are delighted that our partnerships with Scottish Widows, AIG Life and AXA PPP bore fruit and a high-quality package was agreed and implemented. McGill and Partners now has over 280 colleagues… with the same benefits plans in place.
