Pleased to promote.

At Ink, we are always delighted when our team members evolve and develop in their roles.  In the last couple of months we have made some key promotions in our business.

Lisa Markey has now become an Account Manager in our Payroll team.  This means that Lisa will be interacting more directly with our clients and taking on more accountability for the end to end processing of key accounts.  At the same time, Lisa will continue to deliver administration support to the HR team.  At the time of writing, Lisa is waiting by the letterbox to receive the results of the CIPP Payroll Technician Certificate, for which she has studied hard over the last few months … fingers crossed, Lisa!

Sherry Trusler, who has only been with us since September last year, has progressed at such speed that she is now stepping into a role which spans both HR and Payroll.   Sherry completed a CIPP ‘Introduction to Payroll’ course recently, and is applying her learning to help ensure that our bureau clients are well looked after.  At the same time, Sherry has been busily writing assignments for her CIPD Level 3 (HR) which adds real value to the day to day of our HR Managed Services.

Talking of Managed Services, Rebecca Heatherley’s job title, effective 1st July, will be Business Partner, Managed Services.  This is an expansion of Rebecca’s role in our HR team, as she will be taking on the serious job of overseeing the quality outputs from both our HR and our Payroll teams.  In particular, Rebecca will be focused on deadline delivery, and will be key point of contact for our clients.

Rebecca is part of our internal Team Leader Group, which includes Mina Patel (Account Manager, Employee Benefits) and Lottie Dadd (Client Engagement Manager).   This triumvirate (!) has been formed to ensure that all areas of our business – HR, Payroll, Workplace Pensions and Employee Benefits – work to shared service standards and to set agreements in terms of information and data sharing.  In addition, the Team Leader Group support strategic decision making as we evolve our offering in response both to market conditions and to customer expectations.   The directors of the business are excited to have this talented team helping us to shape the future of Ink.
