We enjoy working with professional service firms and have particular experience in the regulated sector. We have been The RU Group’s HR business partner since 2015 and know not only ‘who’s who’ within the company but also ‘what’s what’ when it comes to FCA compliance around personnel. We have worked with The RU Group on a number of strategic projects and on a day-to-day basis we support them with onboarding, offboarding, HR comms, correspondence and record-keeping.
The company’s line managers know they can come to us to discuss people management issues, and we will always guide them towards positive outcomes. We also, as is standard with our HR Managed Services, maintain The RU Group’s suite of employment documents, applying statutory and regulatory amendments as applicable.
