Our Partners

Ink is committed to being part of professional partnerships. We recognise that you have worked hard to build your business, your brand, and most importantly, your client bank. Placing those clients into the hands of other firms outside of your control can be a daunting prospect. We recognise that it's your reputation that's on the line: you vouched for us and your clients trust you - that's why we will get it right.

Working together on people issues facing your tax, audit and payroll clients

Ink works closely with accountancy practices of all sizes. As business advisors our partners tend to be on the front foot when it comes to identifying issues such as Auto Enrolment or poor quality people management.

We have developed a number of bespoke service propositions and provide solutions to existing clients or generate new business opportunities for both parties. We also help accountancy practices to manage their own in-house HR requirements.

Working together to dovetail our HR Department with your Employment Law expertise.

Ink works mainly with Employment Lawyers to provide services that complement those being provided by the law firm. Typically this covers ‘in-house’ areas of HR such as recordkeeping, administration, pay & reward, performance and development. Many of our partners feel more comfortable outsourcing these HR tasks and focusing on key employment law issues as they arise. When Ink acts as your client’s HR department you will know that issues are presented in a professional and orderly manner. We also introduce our employment law partners to our clients to manage contentious matters or to draft non standard documents.

Financial Planners & IFAs

Working together to deliver high quality solutions to your business owner and corporate clients.

Ink works closely with Financial Planners who want to outsource the Auto Enrolment and Employee Benefit requirements of their clients to a specialist adviser, without the threat of competition for clients.

We can also provide additional capacity for firms that want to retain some corporate work but have concerns about levels of demand from clients, prospects and professional connections. As a directly authorised FCA firm with considerable IFA experience we know and understand your market, and your business drivers.

HR specialists

Working together to provide complimentary HR services.

We partner with specialist HR practitioners in the fields of recruitment assessment, learning and development, executive coaching, occupational health, and pay and reward.

Recruitment consultants

Working together for both employers and candidates.

Ink recognises the importance of good quality recruitment for the overall health and dynamism of a business. We partner with selected specialists and local recruitment firms on a range of client projects.

Where we act as the client HR Department we look to work with like-minded recruiment experts that share our values on candidate search and selection. Where our other clients are looking to recruit we will recommend agencies from our preferred panel.

Strategic Partners

Working together to provide the best products for Ink's clients.

Ink works with a carefully selected range of product providers to meet our client’s various needs. We have developed strategic partnerships to ensure that our clients benefit from a ‘best of breed’ approach rather than ‘choice for choice’s sake’.

Our partnerships cover Workplace Pensions, HR and Payroll software, Project Management software, Insurance products and Health and Wellbeing benefits. Our partners include Standard Life, The People’s Pension, Sage, Clarizen, BUPA, Canada Life and Unum.

  • As an outsourced payroll provider for many of our clients we knew Auto Enrolment would be a hot topic, not to mention a minefield from a compliance point of view, with draconian penalties for falling foul of the rules. When one of our key clients needed to plan for their May 2014 Staging Date we engaged with Ink to help understand our payroll requirements, and the likely issues facing our client. Ink has subsequently managed the client’s Auto Enrolment project, arranged a new Qualifying Workplace Pension Scheme and helped with employee communication and engagement….

  • We knew our clients would find the complexity of Auto Enrolment challenging. We don’t provide an advisory service so were looking for a partner firm who understood our business and the needs of our clients. We work in partnership with Ink on a client by client basis across a range of advisory areas including HR, Employee Benefits and Auto Enrolment

David Hope Managing Partner, Clear & Lane
  • Given the complexity and time involved in managing Auto Enrolment implementations we decided to outsource this area of advice to a specialist firm. When dealing with Auto Enrolment we believe our clients’ needs will be best served by dealing with a business that fully understands the market and all its complexities. To this end, we have partnered with Ink Employee Benefits

Steve Collyer Managing Director, Hampton Dean Ltd
  • We recognised that whilst we possess the necessary Auto Enrolment expertise “in house” we may encounter capacity issues and have therefore engaged with Ink to ensure that we are able provide full coverage for all our clients, prospects and professional connections.

    Ian Bradshaw Director, McDonald Associates
  • As a growing Chartered Financial Planning firm we knew we would be faced with a decision to commit to the Auto Enrolment market or find an outsourced solution. Having had some experience of group schemes, we decided that the latter was our preferred option. Ink can provide us specialist expertise, resource and time – they handle Auto Enrolment allowing us to focus on strategic financial planning for our business owner clients.

  • We are delighted to be teaming up with Billy and the team at Ink. Their focus on Auto Enrolment for SMEs combined with the proposition to Accountants and Financial Planners works perfectly with Standard Life’s approach to this market
