What is Ink Rewards?

Ink Rewards is an online portal which allows employees of any company, big or small, to access a huge variety of discounts and cashback offers from over 1200 UK retailers – ranging from high street shops and supermarkets to flights, holidays and days out…. plus much more.

Offers vary by retailer and are regularly updated with new offers being added so there’s always something to suit everyone.

How does it work?

Retailers can be searched by category by using the drop-down box or the search box.

 

 

You can personalise the offers you see by simply adding your preferred retailers to your favourites.

Once a retailer is selected, the offers relating to that retailer will appear:

 

 

There are 3 types of offer – each is denoted by 1 of 3 icons:

Cashback – You will receive a % off your purchase in the form of cashback into your bank. This can be collected at anytime once it appears in your account on Ink Rewards.

 

Vouchers – You can buy a selected amount online and the discount will mean you only pay the total minus the discount e.g. 5% discount will mean you pay £95.00 for a £100 voucher to use online.

 

Store Cards – You can purchase a selected amount via our store cards. These are designed so you will only be charged for the discounted amount eg: for a £100 store card, you will be charged £94.00 if the discount was 6%.

What initial support will I receive?

Once you have placed your order for Ink Rewards we will seamlessly guide you through the process. We will:

  • Brand the Ink Rewards portal with your company logo.
  • Supply you with the log-in details for your employees.
  • Advise on the best ways to communicate the benefit out to your employees to ensure they are fully engaged.

What ongoing support will I receive?

  • For existing clients, you will continue to receive support through your current Account Manager.
  • For clients new to The Ink Group, we will assign you an Account Manager who will be on hand should you need support.
  • We will provide annual headline MI on usage of Ink rewards. Should you need more detailed MI at any stage this can be arranged at an additional cost.
